1. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted in GBP (£), excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Account holders receive 30-day payment terms from the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

2. Orders & Availability

• All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
• If an item is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives or backorder options.
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

3. Delivery

• Next working-day delivery is available on stocked items ordered before 5pm (local branch cutoff).
• Delivery is free for account holders meeting minimum order requirements; otherwise, standard charges apply.
• Risk transfers to you upon delivery.

4. Returns & Cancellations

5. Warranty & Liability

• Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence is not excluded.
